The default Python3 interpretor was updated from Python3.4 to Python3.5. All python related packages were rebuilt to work with the new version, however manual intervention may be required. Sisyphus is known not to work until you switch to the new interpretor.
sisyphus upgrade
eselect python update
sisyphus remove-orphans
